Literally the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. I gave them multiple chances and they disappoint every time. Both the service and the quality of the drinks are terrible.
This place is horrible, and I'm so disappointed. The experience I'm writing about came from a couple months ago. First, the building is in horrible condition, and the drive through has potholes and a half-working sound system. When I went to order an iced coffee, she said they don't have any ice!! They also did not have any sandwiches or food, and no donuts either. WHY ARE YALL EVEN OPEN? my whole order was wrong. I ordered a black coffee with 1 sugar, I got it with cream. I ordered a bagel with egg, no cheese. I got a croissant with egg and cheese. The lady who served me at 1:16pm on 6/15/25 had a bad attitude.
Service was less than desirable and the coffee was horrendous. That has never happened. Please stay away!
