ill change my review when i get my refund i placed an order through the mobile app for 2 dozen donuts and when i got there they said they didnt have them in stock and offered me a mixed variety. i politely declined and asked for a refund. i waited for a moment and the male working the oven asked me if i wanted the refund on my visa card, i said yes and he said i was good to go. i waited until after easter snd my refund hasnt popped up still. i called the store and the phones werent working so i had to drive up there. a nice ... read more
Aweful customer experience. Always out of basic types of donuts before 10 am. The city girls working there are very rude to their customers. As I was voicing my displeasure at the drive- they were all cackling and telling me bye bye over and over again. I couldn't help but laugh while the Indian owner stood there and let them cackle.
