Drinks always taste like cleaner and the service isn’t great and I’ve gotten food poisoning from their food. I had a rep reach out to me for a refund but they stopped replying.
The employees are always cheerful and really on top of everything. I've never had to wait more than 3 minutes for my coffee. The points for ordering ahead is worth it
Donuts are not the main feature anymore. The donuts are just not the same anymore as compared to the 1990's and early 2000's and I'm just keeping it real
