Often gets order wrong
Absolutely terrible experience. Placed a birthday cake for my kid two weeks prior the her actual birthday. The day comes to pick up the cake; I call and ask if the cake is ready to be picked up they said yes! I drive to the store and my cake isn’t ready, HELL it’s not even here at the store. They claim the cake is made at another store and dropped off. No problem but why lie and say my cake is ready on the phone in the first place. First and last time supporting this place. All the staff is helpful, fun and nice. Courtney is awesome. She's patient, very knowledgeable and professional. Exceptional customer service. Tips are automatic. Thanks Courtney!
Food is usually pretty good, lattes are always consistent here (no super strong espresso like other Dunkin locations), but they charge for water at this location. Drive thru gets people through in a good. I dont ever come in unless I'm running late.
Drinks always taste like cleaner and the service isn’t great and I’ve gotten food poisoning from their food. I had a rep reach out to me for a refund but they stopped replying.
