This is the third time in a row my sandwich was burnt, and it was still handed to me like it was acceptable. At this point, it doesn’t feel like a mistake — it feels like they just don’t care. If I can’t trust them to make a sandwich correctly, how am I supposed to trust their hygiene or food standards? A burnt sandwich shouldn’t be passed off as “okay,” especially when it’s clearly not.
