I recently visited the Dunkin’ Donuts inside the United Wholesale Mortgage campus while there for training. I ordered a pumpkin latte with almond milk, as I have a dairy allergy. The drink came with whipped cream, which I didn’t expect. When I kindly explained that I couldn’t have whipped cream due to my allergy, the employee argued with me and insisted I pay for a new drink.
