It happened just around 6 00 PM the drive thru kid was rude to me when i was ordering he was very disrespectful and rude kind of laughing at my talk well everyone has a different acs don't give the right to laugh i was so upset that i just went to another Dunkin donuts the owner should tell him to have respect towards customers thanks 👍 talk the cufias they are the owners that's what I did because no one should disrespect especially a business.it was 147 Pelham St Methuen today.
All ima say is these all these bad reviews wouldn’t exist if they got rid of “Mercedes” a long time ago. She’s rude to customers and employees and throws everybody off but somehow still there, while they chase the other employees away. You can’t promote horrible employees and expect good reviews.
I mean it's Duncan not the best one but better than a lot of others
