Horrible, the worst costumer service! Swearing and just walking around and not paying attention to the customers!! The donuts taste different from other Dunkin spots they should just close this Dunkin’s down!!
I arrived at 7:15 and they were already closed! They need to update their hours!
I went into a stop and shop in malden MA today to get Dunks for my old co-workers at AutoZone. I would never go back to that location There is a dunk on Eastern ave. I would go there before I ever stepped foot at the one in Stop & Shop.
Friday, June 20, 2025 at 7:24pm. The store hours are posted that they close at 8. When I arrived at 7:24pm they were already closed. If the close time says 8pm that's when they're supposed to close not an hour before. I understand people want to get home but this is extremely unprofessional. I did have a conversation with one of the workers and she was very unpleasant. She was screaming at me thru the drive thru speaker and also telling me I didnt understand how it works.
