Friday, June 20, 2025 at 7:24pm. The store hours are posted that they close at 8. When I arrived at 7:24pm they were already closed. If the close time says 8pm that's when they're supposed to close not an hour before. I understand people want to get home but this is extremely unprofessional. I did have a conversation with one of the workers and she was very unpleasant. She was screaming at me thru the drive thru speaker and also telling me I didnt understand how it works. UPDATE: 4yrs later and this place is quite possibly worse than any other chain. Ordered on app for granddaughter, get to the drive thru and tell them mobile order 3x to hear nothing but silence and 3 minutes later someone else saying welcome to dunkins. HORRIBLE! If I could give zero stars I would. App ordering is HORRIBLE, three times we placed mobile orders only to get there and be told they didn't have this or that and then you have to contact corporate to get a refund!
