The ice machine has never been cleaned apparently because the moment they put ice in my drink it becomes yucky and mold is prominent. The wait time is ridiculous, and they have recently started moving people into the parking lot in order to not get in trouble. The wait time here is always horrendous even though they have 5 workers minimum, some don’t wear gloves and most are unprofessional and ignore you. DO NOT COME HERE if you VALUE your TIME.
