I honestly don’t know how this Dunkin’ is still in business. Does any supervisor even read the reviews? This has been the slowest and most unprofessional service I’ve ever experienced. They made me wait forever—you’ll stand there while employees walk right past you without taking your order. My sandwich was still frozen in the middle, and the coffee was as sweet as straight honey. This was the worst Dunkin’ I have ever visited. I went in, placed my order, and waited more than 20 minutes—nothing was prepared. When I went to ask about it, the staff were extremely rude. The two men working there, along with the manager, spoke to me in a very disrespectful way, telling me, if you don’t like our service, go somewhere else. People who work here show no respect, I ordered my latte, and a sandwich, and they didn’t make it. When I tried to figured out what happened they started to yell at me, and threatened me to leave or to call the police, cause they didn’t do any mistake, and they can’t see my order, bear in mind I paid inside with debit card. After 20 minutes I got my drinks, but they kept talking about me in a terrible way. How could a customer treated in this way ????
This location just needs to be closed at this point. Born in raised in Mass, I’ve been to my fair share of Dunkin locations. This location is by far the worst I have experienced. So slow. My order always has something missing. Zero pride in the work being done. Corporate needs to come in and clean up this location. To the manager, this is a direct reflection of your leadership.
