I usually avoid this dunks, but today I was literally right next-door, so I went. The problem here is usually how long the drive-through takes so today I went inside. Upon going inside the staff was extremely rude, particularly one staff member who is working on food. She was not rude to me directly, but was working on food for the drive-through and was very loudly calling customers going through the drive-through the R word so that everyone inside dunkin could hear her. Very slow
Waiting inside or drive thru takes forever. Never have anything in stock. Customer service is out the door. They all seem to always be in a bad mood and rude. Order ahead and when you get to the window they ask what you order. This place is ridiculous. Better to drive the extra mile to a different dunkin.
The music was so loud I could not hear the server and he didn't hear my order. Very few donuts left Rash was overflowing and bathroom not clean and the music was even louder in there Not the best dunks
I go to this Dunkin’ mainly because it’s conveniently located right next to my house. That said, it’s really hit or miss when it comes to anything that needs to be heated up, and unfortunately, it’s more misses than hits. Also, sometimes the staff you can tell are in a bad mood, this time the person was neutral but once I got to the window she basically threw my stuff at me. This time was another miss.
