Slowest Dunkin I’ve ever been to.
Absolutely insane. The worker was rude and didn’t even fill up my drink all the way. When I complained they said that there’s a certain amount of milk they put in a less iced drink. When I finished the my drink I saw that they put extra ice in my drink. The floors were dirty too. Never going here ever again.
It's a typical Dunks until you get down to the staff. The food would get 4 stars if they ever had anything in stock, took me and my brother over 20 minutes to be serviced, and then we needed a refund due to lack of service and being told to "use the kiosk" that being said, they did give us food but with an attitude when we as customers are not able to change what the stores current inventory allows them to dispense. We were provided with our food after this endeavor, but this seems like a huge set back to customer service as... read more
