This place is incompetent in getting orders right. I am not complaining one time but they always get orders wrong. They are very slow, so prepare to wait. It's sorry that they can't do better
This is a great place. Keep in mind a lot of high school people work there. So be nice.
Great Dunkin, Shawnae is the best, she has my drink going when she sees me pull up!
These people do NOT listen. By all means check your food order for accuracy and prepare for a 10 minute drive thru wait..even if your the only car.
Order a Mocha Almond Caramel Ice Coffee with cream and sugar. You won't be disappointed.
These people need to send they're employees to a dunkin in NJ for real training. Slow as hell.
I was really excited about to arrival of DD to Mechanicsville however when I went I was greeted with poor service and they were "out of coffee" so I just left..a bit of a let down

Wow. We bought a sandwich. Apparently they didn't have any in stock. When I asked for a refund, that got mad at me! Maybe they should know what they have before charging a customer. Or be nice...
