I just ordered dunks here and I was told they don't have sparkling water to make my drinks. I was charged and then told they're not going to refund me, which they didn't. The incompetent employee said he could get his manager to come down to the store if I would like. Does he think I want to hang around? Yes yes, have your manager come to the store while he's not even clocked into work, just to debate with a customer if they deserve a refund after you openly admitted, you're not going to make their order because you can't. This is my Go to dunks even though it's a 15-minute ride and I have a Dunkin donuts that is 5 minutes away from me however I've already set a review for that Dunkin donuts but this Dunkin donuts is pretty good their team is awesome right on point love them but the service left the food love everything about it
This is a good dunkins. They haven't gotten my order wrong ever.
