Went threw drive threw the lady was very nice and down to earth. Pleasant and took her time didnt rush me threw. That made me feel good because I have a speech inference died to a stroke. She was amazing

I just ordered dunks here and I was told they don't have sparkling water to make my drinks. I was charged and then told they're not going to refund me, which they didn't. The incompetent employee said he could get his manager to come down to the store if I would like. Does he think I want to hang around? Yes yes, have your manager come to the store while he's not even clocked into work, just to debate with a customer if they deserve a refund after you openly admitted, you're not going to make their order because you can't.
