From the owner, the system down they can’t seem to prepare an order without messing it up with extremely poor communications all around
ordered a hash brown wake up wrap, they left out the hash browns
Stopped in to purchase a gift card for my mom and 2 different workers did not know to do the transaction. I suggested them callinthe manager to walk them through it and was told that they will not up the phone. I actually had to go to a different location to purchase a gift card. Please train your employees so that they know how to do their jobs completely.
