ordered a hash brown wake up wrap, they left out the hash browns
Stopped in to purchase a gift card for my mom and 2 different workers did not know to do the transaction. I suggested them callinthe manager to walk them through it and was told that they will not up the phone. I actually had to go to a different location to purchase a gift card. Please train your employees so that they know how to do their jobs completely.
I’m so disappointed I been coming here for two years now the service was good but lately not so much one they forgot my order I asked for a toasted bagel with cream cheese on the side the bagel was never toasted, I also asked for a small hot chocolate my chocolate was to much of what ever they use I also asked for six donuts they just put them all in one bag which caused it to stick to one another which caused them to have chocolate on my glazed donut my coffee roll was also put in the same bag I wish I had taken a pic I wa... read more
