I have been coming here since this location opened and I can tell a much better selection in staff, customer service, food and coffee preparation. They have a new chipotle egg wrap with hash brown in it and it’s soooo good!
The service from Raquel today was horrible! Little girl has the nastiest attitude.
I have gone to this location too many times to count, usually there are pretty young employees that have been super friendly attitudes with good service. I’m not sure if there’s new staff but today I was serviced by Raquel per my recipient and had a horrible Expirience. She was very rushhhy after i had to wait patiently for my food, Which is not problem at all but her demeanor when asked things was like I was an inconvenience ?? this place is just crazy. I mean I have never been to a Dunkin’ Donuts that it takes literally 15 minutes and there is no customers in the store. And this isn’t a one time experience it’s every time I come here and I work in the plaza so I was coming and trying to support this business, but this is just so ridiculous beyond ridiculous. I really hope you can change and have more of a customer service atmosphere because it would be much better for business.
