Very unprofessional and rude.
Went to drive thru few days ago and after I ordered a coffee and some doughnuts, I asked for the special souvenir coffee cup sleeve offered for that day only, but was enough for the server to start a big deal and getting upset with me. He said if I want something I should ask the manager and come back at 4am which sounds kind of sarcastic. He was so mad and out of control plus using a heavy bad vocabulary for a customer service. I just hope Radouan does not treat all customers like this. Will be a shame for dunkin.
