I happen to live right around the corner from this location, but this is my all-time FAVORITE dunks! They always make the best 🤤🤩 coffee, whether it's day or nighttime. The morning shift has always been so sweet with me they practically know my order by heart as soon as I come through the drive-through, I don’t even finish my first sentence before they already have my order on the screen. Went in and sat down to make a mobile order and wait for my sibling. The woman at the counter was staring at me, squinting the entire time. I do this at every location and never had a problem. I also enjoy sitting with my siblings over coffee but there is a 20 minute limit to how long you can be in the store according to a sign I noticed a few minutes later. I felt so uncomfortable that I never placed my order, called my sibling saying we should go elsewhere. Never felt so unwelcome at any business ever.
The drink I always order has 3 things (including the coffee) & for some reason they just can't seem to make it right. & Then when I ask them to remake it they give an attitude & act like I'm in the wrong for asking them to remake it, I just want what I ordered and paid for. 🙄 Idk what the issue is but quality in service needs improvement.
