After giving me this location a few tries I can say it's improved with better customer service from the staff. The food items such as the donuts, munchkins I can say its a hit and mess cause you don't know how long the donuts and munchkins have been sitting out in the display case. The ambiance inside and outside in the outdoor seating area always quiet where you can actually talk to your family, friends and even on the phone. Ever since they got new management the customer service has gone down hill. I used to be able to walk in and be greeted and not having to wait. Now they seem to only be worried about the drive thru and screw the customers that come in. They don’t even speak when you walk in the door acting like you don’t even exist.
Until today, April 2, 2025, I went to this Dunkin’s drive thru for coffee everyday. On Monday, March 31st, I ordered my usual, which wasn’t made correctly. I took it back to get it remade. Employee could not take the original order back due to cross contamination, which I understand. I was told to pull down to get my coffee remade I waited for 15 minutes at the second window , & I sat the original 2 frozen coffees on the window sill, since I was getting the 2 remade and had nowhere to sit 4 large coffees in my car.
