I had a very unpleasant experience at this place. There was another person ordering, so I told the gentleman that I would use the restroom while I waited and then place my order afterward. However, he was very rude to me. He repeatedly told me to leave in a harsh manner, pointing to a sign that said there were no public restrooms. I tried to explain that I was going to make a purchase, but he kept insisting that I leave. It made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome.
The staff is always friendly and the managers are extremely helpful. Whether we’re stopping in for coffee or servicing the Main St. Dunkin’, it’s always a positive experience every visit.
