This morning my daughter wanted a donut. Me not knowing that the donut has filling in it. I got it for her but she told me that it has something in it. I when back inside to see if I can just exchange it for another donut. The guy at the counter told me no because the manager said not to do it. I would have to buy another donut. So let me get this straight you can’t change the donut for me you want me to buy other one. That make no sense. The customer service was trash.
I hate leaving negative reviews, but today’s experience was unacceptable. When we arrived, the employee Deanna made us wait about 20 minutes before even acknowledging us. Mind you, we’re in a hospital visiting a family member after a traumatic experience. When she finally walked over, she said with an attitude “Can I help you?” in a tone that felt more like “Why are you here?” than a greeting.
