Been here plenty of times and never an issue until today. After I drank my ENTIRE LARGE DRINK, I FOUND A HAIR IN MY CUP!!!

Placed a mobile order and waited 10 minutes before going in, only to wait another 10 minutes to get my drink. It tasted burnt, and wasn’t made well. 5 women were loudly talking and on their phones, none of which were wearing gloves at any point while serving food and drinks. The counter was a mess, with cartons of milk being left out for who knows how long. This dunkin is usually a hit or miss, but today it was just awful.
