Drive thru , Two young teens working without any sup the one that did my drink did not used an ice scoop🤢 crossed contamination. My matcha latte cup was half way empty instead of a full cup. I was so disappointed 😞 it's Good to see Young adults working but management needs to do better.

The two employees did wonderful with my coffee peppermint mocha iced and my mom love her tea xl hot tea with 2 sugars and 4 pumps of milk less water. I love my bagel but bc I couldn't order on app where I want cream cheese lite . I should have speak up but they was very busy. But did awesome job maybe tomorrow I will ask them make it lighter for me . Like not too much. I wanted give them tip with my gift card I never knew u couldn't . But anyways nice work keep doing what u doing bc I'm satisfy customer !
