Went through drive thru at 7:45 and was told they could not do americano because they already shut off their machine. So i asked for a dark roast coffee he said he couldn't do that either. All he had was original or decaf. I looked up if dunkin can refuse to sell dark roast or espresso during operating hours and it clearly says they can't. I'm highly irritated that a coffee shop can't offer what they're known for.
I walked in, the drive thru is always backed up. My drink came quickly and somewhat accurately. Anything from the kitchen for hot prepard food....forget it. I was standing at the pickup counter waiting patiently and a lady from the back kitchen area asked me what my order was..... I told her. She seemed confused and frustrated. The drive thru window cashier seemed to be waiting on the kitchen to finish orders aswell.... she came over with my order handed it to me and was muttering something like "this is what you get" could ... read more
Ordered a Chai. Not hot Update: next visit: Boston creme donut probably made 2 days ago. It's 10am. Should be fresh. Not!
