I honestly am tired of having to ask for a full cup of coffee when I order a macchiato!! Today was the last time, I received a cup with less than a small cup in a medium order.. I'm certainly thankful that they don't do safety repairs to your vehicle or something important! The workforce is getting pathetic and don't understand what it means to be in customer service anymore! my boyfriend and i went in and there was no one there or in the drive thru. we ordered two coffees and they messed both of them up! how hard is it to put splenda in the coffee the way we ordered it?? and they didn’t put the hazelnut in his on top of it. ridiculous.
