In the morning, I ordered a coffee with sugar and cream and a croissant, bacon, egg, and cheese with extra bacon. My coffee had no sugar and they gave me a bagel instead of croissants. I tried calling them and it just goes to voicemail all the time this is the second time they messed up my order. I don’t recommend this one. The one on 707 near McDonald’s is the best. I think I figured the new one would’ve been better but I guess not nobody knows how to read an order over there. I am not happy with the service.
This dunkin is awesome I was just there to discuss missing reward points and the young guy named Taylor helped me big time all I’m saying is this dunkin the employees are genuine and they really care
Consistently runs out of supplies. 3 times in the last 2 months they've ran out of medium cups. A couple times they've offered a medium amount of iced coffee in a large cup (short filled large) which is a perfectly acceptable solution but more often they try to force you to buy either a small or large. I'm a 7 day a week customer that orders the same exact order daily. If this was just a mistake it wouldn't really be an issue but the fact that this is happening so often is very frustrating. Staff was extremely rude on 2/28 at about 1pm. Very unhappy with the customer service here will not be returning to this location. Also food took 15
I’ve always loved Dunkin coffee but it’s getting really hard to continue to give them business. Starbucks is right next door and yes they are a little pricier but my gosh they are so much more pleasant!! We have family that want both (Starbucks and Dunkin) and pulling from one drive thru to the other is like night and day. Every single time. It’s not just a one off experience.
