I keep trying to give this Dunkin a chance because it is the one closest to me. After probably a dozen times I think I had a good order once. You get your ice coffee with the ice all melted into it and flavor sitting at the bottom. It is never consistent. Ask for one cream - seems like 5, ask for 3 creams and there's none. I pull up at the drive-thru. No one takes my order for maybe 5 minutes. When they finally ask me what I want, I say "I want the meal deal please. I want a iced black coffee, and two bacon breakfast wraps. No cream or sugar in my coffee." Then since she clearly wasn't paying attention, the cashier asked me if I want cream or sugar in my coffee.
