This place has a rodent issue 🤮
Not much donuts left. The black lady staff was not polite and gave me the wrong order. She didn't listen to what I ordered. She forgot my coffee. Looks like she didn't want to work. She didn't have service mind at all.
I’ve placed larger orders of donuts and coffee every year at this location without a problem. But the Sunday morning crew was completely unhelpful. Their mobile ordering system was down and I had tried to call to place and confirm my order, but the person that helped me was rude, antagonistic, and unwilling to help despite having 45 minutes until my pickup time. Honestly really disappointed.
The crew this Thursday afternoon was great. Friendly service. Not busy (I cannot recommend any Dunkin location when it’s busy). Coffee not sour, limited time munchkins in stock, lemonade good, food good.
