I have been wanting to make this review for months and finally getting to it. I watched my Son get ignored by a young Caucasian lady staff member as l watched from my vehicle after happily taking his payment, about 6 people who came after him were served first and the young lady who took the order still wouldn’t even make his order, responds to him or acknowledge him. Went there with a coffee that was made by my house, needed them to make over and they wanted to charge me. Very bad experience. Very bad service.

I would like to say I walked in this morning I said Hello and the 2 employees on had no reaction. Then I am standing by the counter because I was going to place about 60.00 order but I was told we will be with you shortly we are busy. I looked around and there was no one in the store it was 5:35AM. One was cooking and the other one doing meaningless stuff that she could have stopped and helped the customer. I asked for 25 munchkins, "all powdered and like a couple chocolate glazed", and instead of telling me that they didn't have enough powdered munchkins to complete my order, he had me pay, put every kind of munchkin in the box, and handed it to me. The box had maybe the last 2-3 powdered munchkins since that's all they had, and when I said this isn't what I wanted, he looked at me and said he didn't have anymore powdered munchkins.
