They had the audacity to give me a burnt up croissant and some hard stale hash browns I was in a rush to get to work so I couldn’t even turn back around once I realized the bs they decided to put in my bag and serve me
The employees here are amazing! I have no beef with them at all. Their management team is horrendous. They have zero customer service skills. Their app is atrocious, I told them repeatedly I activated my offer, which by the way is stupid that I have to activate something that’s in my app already, and they don’t believe me. So over a few points they are losing a $10 a day customer
i had such an amazing time. i was getting dunkin’ before my dentist appointment and Amber and Russel were some of the nicest people i have ever met who works in the food industry. please give them a raise they are amazing
