Loud argumentative women who barley speaks English curses at me because they didn’t get my order right. I ask for whip cream because that’s what comes with a choca mocha latte she says no you have to pay .35 cents. I said I already paid for it so she wouldn’t put it on. I ask for a refund after taking a sip of the drink and it not being right and she wouldn’t give me a refund until I gave her the coffee that I had already drank from. Raspberry croissant was very unappealing in person and was not flavorful enough. The texture was not very good.
Terrible location, terrible staff, rude and argumentative even if they get your order wrong. Its like they can't understand simple orders and they don't pay attention at all. Forget about any kind of customer service. If the staff does not like the job they should find another. Mangement needs to wake up. Food and coffee is sub-par. Go elsewhere.
Everytime I go to a dunkin I remember why I prefer Starbucks lol. The staff is always like upset their at work. Asked the lady for cinnamon said they didn’t have any I said okay no problem can I have any of the coffee toppings you guys have like sprinkles or anything. “No we don’t do that” LOL ok then
