Takisha has amazing customer service. I love the coffee recommendations on the flavor. I like Takisha has attention to detail when making my coffee. The store is brand new and very clean. The time was very quick and easy. This is a very good location. Sean, Billy, Antoine, Riyadh, Maria, and Desiree have amazing. A customer service. I love the way they treat me like a king. I love the coffee. Lycasty has amazing customer service. I love e this location.
The manager is very unprofessional and so are the rest of the crew. Everytime i asked for anything they would roll their eyes and scuff. The only crew member that was nice was a ginger man that is on the spectrum. They would constantly pick on him as well which is not right at all. Coffee was made terrible. not coming back.
This Dunkin rocks! They are consistent, fast and are super nice. All of them. All the girls at the window. Sayra, and the others. I come every morning to this location in Boynton bc I know the line will move quickly and there won’t be any mess ups. From the outside you can tell they have fun and work well together. They take their jobs seriously.
Yall be giving Dunkin' a bad name in here. RUDE and REPUGNANT employees all over this location. They hate their job, including the Manager who does nothing when the order is wrong or app is not working. Multiple times the donuts seem like they are YESTERDAYs Donuts.
