Be careful with the drive through always ask for receipt. They dishonestly add tip without you knowing. I asked for receipt and checked and it was added without my knowledge. The women tried to be sneaky and add it without providing a receipt after purchase unless you ask. Then I confronted her and she immediately knew she added it and gave the money back. I can imagine how many people on a daily basis she is doing that to. No difference between this and steeling.

We’ve been going to this location of Dunkin for 10 years and have never had any issues. Today, a different lady was working and only rang up 1 out of 2 coffees we ordered. When we got to the window, she gave us one coffee and when we told her we ordered two she took our card back and charged us for a completely incorrect coffee that was $6 instead of $3. Coffees tasted like water when we finally got them, so I went back inside. Another woman remade them but they still tasted like water so we requested a refund. The lady argu... read more
