On the morning of 08/25/2026 around 8:15 AM, I ordered a medium Pumpkin Signature Latte and specifically requested 5 creams and 3 pumps of pumpkin swirl. The young man taking my order informed me that lattes do not come with cream. I politely explained that I was aware of that, but that I personally prefer my latte with 5 creams. When I got to the drive-thru window, I was given a drink with 5 pumps of pumpkin swirl instead of the 5 creams I had requested. Absolutely terrible service. The manager is not a nice lady and should be fired. Wish I could give 0 stars. People don’t care about the customers anymore
Had ordered the wrong drink by accident and they were very kind and made me a new drink right away.
