Did a mobile order on app states free item was bagel and cream cheese. Wasn’t aware to add it. Used my points and then they wanted to charge me for cream cheese when right on app states the cream cheese could be included. Wasn’t aware needed to be added in order was going to charge me to get cream cheese. Don’t go to this location and this was what their manager said was going to charge. I wouldn’t recommend this location.
The only competent Dunkin Donuts in Mundelein! Their food is never burned like every other location and they’re quick & attentive.
Bought ice cream for 5 people. Shortly after my pregnant wife was choking on some peanuts in her ice cream and the female worker had a bad attitude and was more concerned with getting 50 cents for a cup of tap water (that I already said I would pay for). I contacted corporate and filed a complaint. Absolutely ridiculous.
