Went inside, and I had to say HELLO to get anyone’s attention to take my order. It’s not hard to see me for I am 6ft. Finally after a couple minutes just standing there someone took my order. I ordered a $6 meal deal with a black iced coffee not a lot, nothing to mix in the drink. Then they started taking all these orders in front of me as I watched mine wait in que. I visit this Dunkin’ location often on weekdays, afternoons, and weekends. The manager is always sweet, helpful, and kind, which is why I feel comfortable sharing this feedback. However, I’ve had multiple negative experiences with the older morning employee. During my most recent visit, she closed the window rudely and had a very bad attitude. their idea of a toasted bagel is “warming” it. Some days the coffee tastes days old. I hope this location shuts down soon. I noticed people are catching on, i see less and less traffic there.
