I bought two gallons of coffee like around $50 and they didn't put regular sugar in it, only diet sugar. Eight creamers for two gallons? Can you believe that would be enough? Also, the creamers were light, not even regular creamers so disappointed with them
Service has gone so downhill. Coffee tastes watered down most days, mess my order up 3 of the 5 visits a week. I miss the Indian lady and the old morning girls. The current staff are nasty and never polite and have no manners .
When I pulled up the window attendant was already in a bad mood while taking the order. They began to laugh with coworkers during the process. I was never provided with a receipt or a bag for my order. Also the coffee cup is a quarter of the way empty. He thought I said something to him at the window but in actuality I was verbally noting that I didn't see a flavor on the menu anymore. I work customer service too.
