Very disappointed with the lack of customer service. I had an issue at this Dunkin’ on May 26, 2025, and it’s now been over a month with no real resolution. The store’s owner initially told me he would send a gift card as an apology — that never happened. When I followed up, I was told I hadn’t sent a screenshot, even though I was never asked to in the first place. I’ve contacted customer support multiple times. This is my neighborhood Dunkin. I go almost every day. They remember my name and always have my order ready. Best customer service by far.
These people that work here don't know how to make a latte it always teasts like straight milk they need a update on there leasons of how to make coffee how people order it
