Customer service sucks
Attempted to order a coffee today. First I stood in line, and wondered what was taking so long to get the line moving. Then a customer stormed out and said she couldn't wait for her small coffee any longer. They were taking too long. (I agreed and hadn't even ordered yet.) 2 or 3 employees shared a laugh at the customers expense. This store either lies about what inventory they ah w or they are under stocked. They also have bait & switch going on. Wanted the happy hour 2.99 medium latte & was told I can’t get matcha with the promotion. It says no “signature lattes” which is not including matcha, so that sign needs to be corrected. A matcha latte isn’t a signature latte. They have whipped cream, drizzle, and occasionally additional toppings. I told the lady that sounds like bait & switch and she didn’t respond.
