Late post, went to this location late last Saturday, purchased a lemonade, it taste just like water, the only person there was very very very Rude, when asking for a refund, she said she couldn't give refunds, and since I drank out the cup, I wouldn't get a refund, very rude, I will NEVER enter this location again
started coming here in January. i get an iced coffee with cream & flavor and it is always very consistent. the coffee is always good. the staff is also very nice, even at 6am. one of the few good dunkin’s i’ve had in maryland!
I’ve been a loyal customer at this Dunkin’ location for quite some time, spending over $300 a month and visiting daily. The staff and manager know me well, and I’ve always appreciated the friendly service. However, today 8/3/25 9:41 AM, I had an unfortunate experience. I tried a new flavor of refresher, didn’t like it, and requested an exchange for my usual flavor.
