Walked in, confused where to order, eventually I figured out who to talk to to order. I ordered a simple dozen glazed, a very easy request. They continued to forget what we ordered, about four times. Eventually he randomly asked if we wanted the mix, I said no, I just wanted a dozen. He nodded and the lady rudely told us to step aside. While waiting for my train to DC, I felt I need some energy, boom No whip cream, no mocha whipped coffee. so I got a classic donut - the texture was bit thick and possibly was made yesterday but shrugs
Disappointed that my granddaughter was given a drink full of ice and little beverage. When I expressed my concern they just shrugged their shoulders, even after admitting they didn't give her the option of requesting a little ice. Is it the policy to give patrons a $4 cup of ice! This just unfair, high prices, higher tip expectations but little effort at customer service.
