I have been coming to this Dunkin’ Donuts for 4 years and getting my medium ice coffee with cream sugar caramel and mocha. The girls and a couple of of the guys always get it right great me all the time. They get it wrong once in a while. It happens we are all human. So I recently just ordered from here and the attitudes, the vibe was way off. When I first got there, no one greeted me. No one was taking orders in the front. The one girl with the hooped nose ring said she would ring me up in the drive through, cool. I asked for the chipotle wrap, she gives me the eggchz wrap on purpose. This restaurant seems to charge ppl twice lately. I got charged twice today right after a lady walked in and I could over hear her saying that she was charged twice smh
In this Dunkin manager behavior is rude with all. Customer we are not coming more in this store manager is very arrogant
The staff here are unfriendly. There is a day manager who face is stuck on angry, she made her life choice, don’t bring constant attitude to the public. Going to Taylor Avenue, at least they smile and always get your order right.
