Lady likes whispering on the side to other employees to add her rewards to gain instead of customers to gain points. Unprofessional. She does this for years.
New 2025 edit, all issues underlined below are still there. Took almost 20 minutes to get 2 batteries while everyone that ordered after me got their food before me Editing this review for 2024 and this place is as awful as ever. Do not order hot food as they seem to work backwards as to who they cook first. Every time I come in here there’s always a guy and a girl making some ugly faces when they see my presence or my family’s. They tend to give me attitude not only to me but my family as well. We are just here to buy beverages etc from them, but receiving this type of service is unacceptable. It took me this long to make this review but this time it was my last straw. It is a clean and regular Dunkin Donuts place. The lady that took care of us was good and was smiling all the time. The other girl that was there was a little bit crancky because the other lady ask her for help and she said that she had not time for that. Obviously the help was for us, customers. Other guy that was there was able to help. That second girl needs to learn how team work really is all about.
