Never make my coffee right when my order is very simple. I’m not sure if they just can’t read the label it’s a cold brew with cream and sugar
Made an online order wrong
Paisley was AMAZING. She was there with 2 others (2 called off ) She was extremely busy yet kept calmed and worked extra hard. Management needs to do better and step up for their employees.
I don't think I’ve ever had a consistent coffee from here. It’s always something, like they don’t put enough syrup. the recipe is on the cup. It should not be that noticeably different every time. It’s honestly not that difficult even in a rush. I’ve work in places like this. The one in watkinsville is more consistent but not by much 🤦🏼♀️
This is usually my favorite Dunkin in Athens but whoever was working the shift today is genuinely not competent enough to be handling customer orders. I asked for the 5 dollar meal deal and she said it would be $7 dollars. I had to correct her and say it was $5. When they handed me my order my coffee looked awful it only had like 3 ice cubes in it and the sugar wasn’t mixed in at all. On top of that, the hashbrowns I got only had 3 in the bag… so overall, very unsatisfied.
