Need an upgrade to the building
Horrible service and the restrooms were hideous. I visited this location at 11:00 a.m. in the morning. There is no reason that the bathrooms should look like that. First. You had to get a key from the lady at the desk and the keys lock is upside downwards. So you cannot turn the knob in the right direction opening the bathroom door. It's urine on the floor. Food is OK. The cashier did not proactively apply an applicable meal discount, which felt dishonest.
Like any other Dunkin. A lot of people and loud.
