I order my coffee a certain way so I don't get a cup of cream or milk.. I had to repeat myself at the drive through twice because the first time around they didn't care to listen ... And the skill of listening wasn't used the second time around.. when I got to the window my coffee looked like a cup of milk and off the bat it had to much ice and no cold foam.
