The man that takes orders is obviously not a morning person lol.When I requested a small cup of water for my child, the woman accepting payment informed me they charge for the cup . I've never been to a Dunkin or any other restaurant that charges paying customers for water.The owner of this location needs to rethink that policy.
Decided to go inside the store because drive-through was too busy. As soon as I get inside, I see three people waiting for their order and two people waiting to place their order. The two people who were in front of me to place their order didn’t even get a chance to do so because they walked out. Who knows how long they were waiting before I walked in.
