It is 7 am and there is 1 girl at the front taking & making the order...can't come here in the morning
Today I place a mobile order at 6:15 as I go to open the door at 6:30 to my surprise the store was still closed when it is advertised they open at 6. I attempted to get a hold of someone on the app and there support is down for maintenance this is ridiculous.
I was there around 11:46am today and I ordered my caramel iced coffee and bagel as usual. The girl charges me and I’m waiting for my drink and food when I start hearing them talking about me and my order in Spanish, assuming I didn’t know Spanish . It was 2 young girls working the front. They came up to me and asked me what I wanted on my vanilla iced latte, I corrected them saying it was a caramel iced and continued to tell them the toppings I wanted.
