Terrible service. It is because of people like this serving customers that people stop supporting these establishments. I stopped by to buy a coffee, and a dark-skinned man was working the counter; he was so arrogant and disrespectful, and he even started saying "bye, bye" while I was trying to speak. I am a restaurant owner myself, and it was truly disheartening to see someone mistreating a customer like that. But what can you expect? One person working and they can’t accept Dunkin cards, then the coffee is so hot you can’t drink it for 20 minutes - skip this and look for other options for a quick coffee, there’s machines down the terminals and bars further down.

Don't waste your time here Not open 24/7. Ordered a drink from the menu screen. Many of them are not actually available to sell. Finally ordered 1 donut and a medium cappuccino. $7-8. Cappuccino was 40% foam, asked for a full cup, showed em and they offered to remake it. Waited. Finally supervisor starts explaining to me what a cappuccino is without handing me a new one #weird #demeaning they did offer a refund but cannot afford more lies and more time. I gotta flight to catch.
