Dunkin’ is really going downhill. I got a Halloween donut last week that tasted old, but I didn’t complain. I went back today and ordered a bagel—it took forever, and when I finally got it, it was cold, tasted stale, and wasn’t even toasted. Am I tripping, or did they used to toast their bagels? The workers should take into consideration that people are spending good money on their food. The bagel alone was about $4. I’ll just go to Walmart next time.
My Order was hot when I received it. Everything was right. I was very satisfied with customer service and the taste of my food.
