2nd time now I got a iced matcha latte and it's not a full cup. They blend it so much that its all foam 1/4 of it. Never have any other problems at other dunkins. Will never go to this one again.
The old lady that cooks the breakfast sandwiches and wraps doesn’t know how to read. Sausage egg and cheese wrap with a cheese substitution and multiple times has been handed out incorrectly. Today, when she was pointed out her mistake and told to fix it, she took the wrap in the bag and tossed it at the counter. Extremely unpleasant and maybe she should learn to read before she takes her annoyance out on customers when it’s her fault to begin with.
By far one of the better ones! Staff was friendly & very clean!!! Food was hot & freash, coffee wasn't burnt!
