Not acknowledging customer
just came here for the first time and the service was terrible.. i waited at the drive thru order station for like 3 mins before anyone even spoke and then all he said was “hello” i ordered my coffee and then asked a question about a menu item and he didn’t answer so i said “..hello?” and all he said was “yeah pull foward” then he gave me my order and said nothing at all at the window. also the croissant i ordered was completely rock hard and burnt. such a weird and confusing interaction not very welcoming
The people here were great. The staff stayed until the last minute to prepare me a handcrafted drink! Highly reccomend this dunkin location.
