I used the drive-thru late at night on a Saturday to get an iced coffee, so I can't really provide much useful feedback.
I've purchased through the drive thru many times at this location, but I decided today to walk in. The staff and the manager were extremely polite and helpful. I also observed the manager speaking with the staff is a good professional manner. This may be my new Dunkin location.
I asked for a latte, but they said the machine was being cleaned and they couldn’t make one—despite being open 24 hours. That’s really poor customer service.
