We waited for 20 mins for ordering ,they said they were cleaning and sorry for the wait ,they offered free donuts as it was closing time and I felt happy and valued.Then they made us wait for 30 more mins to give the two drinks I ordered ,one hot coffee that I ordered,they gave it cold and asked us to heat at home ,no apologies for the long wait and the cold coffee ,felt sad A little empathy and kindness would have been nice
I used to order from here now that gotten really bad and disrespectful didn't give me what I ordered and just straight laughed in my face I ordered a frozen coffee and the drink was runny
Very slow , 25 people in line today for 30 min while the staff behind the counter seem to be moving in slow motion !!!! Rude and dismissive find new staff soon
My 5 year old daughter got food poisoning from this location. Donuts definitely weren’t fresh. Staff doesn’t wash their hands.
