On my way to work I order the $6 deal through the app as my first experience. I customized my medium iced coffee with 3 shots of caramel and cold foam. I’m handed a black iced coffee I said this was supposed to be caramel not black, bald fat hostile dude said “look at receipt” so I said I’ll be inside in a minute. I've been going to the back river neck location for years and as the years go on there getting worse how 3 out of 4 days they get my orders wrong. I ask for white cheddar and instead I get no breakfast once again cuz it's yellow cheese. I'm so tired of wasting money with them. Then when I complain. I'm made to feel like I shouldn't have complained and that I'm in the wrong. It's just frustrating. That I won't even go there no nor I make my boyfriend go cuz I feel uncomfortable. Smh
