Today my visit was awesome. the food was really good, not overcooked, cheese melted, coffee hot and good. the crew is always friendly, caring and efficient. genuine smiles everywhere. they will even take the time to enquire about your wellbeing. the store is clean with decorations to fit the season, which right now is fall and halloween. despite they share the drive thru lane with the laundrymat and other shops, they are really quick at keeping the drive thru moving. Absolutely the worst Dunkin donuts and I've been to hundreds. They work on the on-line orders while the customer line is out the door.
Ordered 2 dozen donuts on the dunkin app 15 mins before arriving and employees only gave me 1 dozen. I asked for my other dozen and they give me 9 donuts and a bagel twist. I tell the manager Andrew and he replaces the bagel twist with 1 donut leaving me short 2 donuts that I paid for. Then i ask for the missing items to an employee who is busy talking about how uncomfortable he feels around one of his coworkers instead of helping costumers and he looks at me and ignores me. Have gone there twice now, ordered a black tea with skim milk and 6 Splenda. Got home and was no milk or Splenda. How hard is it to make a tea!!!!!#horrible service
