Coffee taste burnt and stale. I don't see how it's the world's best coffee. Dollar general coffee in the can taste better than this over priced no good garbage.
I have visited this store at different times of the day and I have to tell you, no matter what time I go I find that this store has the slowest, most clueless, UN-trained personnel I've ever seen. From start to finish it took me 20 minutes. to drive away after repeating my simple order no less than FOUR times. Then, to add insult to injury, the product was STALE. This was 4/02/12. Horrible! That's all there is to say about this disgrace of Dunkin' Donuts. I've seen them carrying boxes from the freezer, when I asked them about the box they lied to me. The box clearly said yeast rings. They aren't even made fresh the Donuts we're 8.99 for a box of out of the freezer frozen donuts. Needless to say I didn't buy any I walked out and will never be back.
I have NEVER had a coffee there that I can say I can tolerate. The only reason I went back several times was because I thought they would eventually get it right. I only make Dunkin Donut brand coffee at home-- it's not that difficult. Their coffee ALWAYS tastes like it was burned or some how altered. There has to be something wrong with that particular Dunkin Donut shop
It was 11:23am 2 cars in the lot no other cars in front or behind me in the drive thru when I ordered! When I got to the window to hand over my money I was shifting my change in my wallet to hand over the exact cents and the male employee(short, ugly little guy) started clapping his hands and told me to hurry hurry! Do not order any coffee drinks every single time they have tasted horrible or been Wrong
It's smarter to purchase and use a reusable mug than it is to use a disposable 'anything' ;-)
Yuck. They use styrofoam cups. Nasty way to serve coffee.
