Great wraps and coffee
Dude where to begin with this place. The staff never gets orders right and are constantly rude. At best they are condescending at worst they are actually complaining about how much they hate their jobs. The food if you even get anything sucks. Do not eat at this disaster
I woke up grumpy today. Decided to treat myself to breakfast/coffee. I am so so glad I did. Eli (Poncho) took my order at the drive thru and had me smiling/laughing before I even turned the corner to the drive thru window. I was super impressed with his customer service skills. He is an absolute gem. Also Elijah assisted me and was fantastic as well. I hadn't been to a Dunkin in awhile and I'm so glad I went today. Completely turned my day around! Thanks Poncho, Elijah and team! I will be back tomorrow! :)
