This is the worst dunkin I’ve ever been too, the food is always cold the coffee is watered down and the staff are rude as hell. DO NOT GO HERE.
The location at 4829 N Broadway in Knoxville, TN turned away 3 seperate customers because they came inside to order. The drive thru was busy so she told us all that there was no service inside. There had not been a sign on the door and it wasn't locked. Would have given 1 star but I already know that the donuts are good so that saved a star. I placed an online order but they were out of a few things so the manager apologized and gave me extra donuts and great customer service :) I’ve always liked this location but this experience definitely won me over.
