Got snapped at for checking with the barista that my drink was made with oat milk before she handed it to me. I am a barista, I know this job. It gets busy and overwhelming fast. She snapped and told me I didn’t say I wanted oat milk, slammed the window door, and then turned and told someone to remake it because I don’t know how to order etc. every time I order a bagel I get what looks like wiping off the knife and not enough cream cheese to eat both halves. Was super excited to have my first fall drink and ordered a pumpkin iced cappuccino which my dasher had to wait over 30 minutes for. The drink I received had no coffee at all it was a halfway full cup of milk and ice. I don't understand how you send off a drink that's not been made. I don't know how to post a picture in my review but I couldn't believe it. Super disappointed
Every time I order from this location specifically, whether through uber eats or in person, my order is wrong. I’m not sure why it’s so hard to follow the order you have in front of you. Not trying to insult the workers because I’ve worked this job before.. so I know it’s not that hard to make an order the way the customer ordered it.
