This place is a joke. I bought a coffee and other item. They gave me coffee in a cup where lid will not fit and it ended up spilling the coffee on me. How bad they are that they won’t throw away broken cup. Such a shame and terrible that they don’t care about customers. Look at the picture of the cup, How can an employee miss this when filling the coffee? They just don’t want to throw away broken cup.05C cup. Unbelievable
Literally the worst dunkin, the lady’s that work here are the absolute worst people and are extremely rude. Please don’t waste your time or money here
Terrible customer service, I was standing by the counter for 5 minutes to make my order and nobody even said good morning they just ghosted me and other customer waiting to order… we had to leave because we could not order… they have so many customers that they simply don’t care anymore because no matter what they do people will still come. That’s why I rather to drink Starbucks better coffee and customer service that everyone deserves.
