Horrible place! At my other Dunkin - they dress up your drink- for free! I asked for whipped cream- they charged . I asked them to remake the drink without the whipped cream as I didn’t know there was an up charge shd be just scraped it off! Then yelled at me! Screw this place!
The worst DD on this side of town unfortunately. I used to come here all the time but recently I haven’t and now because of this I flat out refuse to go back, there’s another DD right up the street so I’ll go there where my money is appreciated. My usual order includes a few extra splashes of flavoring and I noticed they started charging extra for it, totally fine btw until today when I got there in the drive thru the person in front of me order was still on the screen, and they had extra flavoring in there coffee but no adl... read more
I use to go to this dunkin everyday but one morning I realized they started charging me extra because I ask for extra flavor in my coffee which is fine but if you gonna charge extra charge every one extra. Because it’s the drive through when you pull up you can see the person order and they ordered extra flavor in their coffee but lo and behold no Additional charge was on there. I think I will make a post about this one because idk if it’s a race thing but the person sure looked a lot lighter than me.
