Could not understand anything the drive thru employee was telling me. He yelled and got an attitude because there was a language barrier. Last time coming here. First time was the same issue. They keep putting those with strong accents or don’t understand any English at the forefront. I just ended up cancelling my whole order. Before that, someone took over and translated what he was trying to say. By that time I didn’t even want to be bothered anymore.
Great experience with the staff at this Dunkin' particularly Kartik who was very accommodating and adjusted my order free of charge. The staff even brought free food for my 2 year old as a treat!
This dude taking his sweet time package. The order was already done but they just wait until you arrive to put it in package
