Friendly and prompt service.
Visited this Dunkin' on 8/28/26 for an order pickup, and needless to say, this place has the worst customer service out of any Dunkin'. I placed an online order, and when it said it was ready for pickup, they did not have the food or drinks ready and had us waiting, holding up a line of cars. And when I asked where the right stuff was, they shrugged it off and didn't care to fix it and took the wrong drink back even when I tried to correct them. Whoever was working the drive-thru window this day needs to be fired.
